“Excellent!”

“We booked our stay at the Resort Ambiant (2 separate rooms); however when we got there to our surprise, the checking was done at a different location (Conac Ambiant) a smaller place at approximately 300 meters away. No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party. Although we specifically requested and pay for 2 twin beds, the room offered had a matrimonial bed. (Room was shared by 2 adult males ). The hotel……

“Furnished appartment. The facilities are still quite new and modern. The appartment itself very clean and comfy. For a short business trip actually to oversized but still liked it very much. Important: parking included, the appartments have dedicated parking slots. Some snacks and drinks also available in fridge (not for free but fairly priced). The only downside was the poor insulation, it is very noisy in the nights due to the neighbors (until 2-3am) but this is of course not the fault of……

“Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room. Breakfast on the other hand was……
