Surrounded by a charming vineyard, this 3-level holiday retreat provides a cosy accommodation with all essential utilities, a lush private garden, air-conditioning, ideal to forget all about city life. The garden is set in sun-soaked surroundings and features a lovely alfresco dining in perfect sync with nature and an open barbecuing facility to fully enjoy the refreshing atmosphere. At the same time, the peaceful getaway provides warm, rustic-style interiors to relax with your favourite glass of wine. A common dining room for wine tasting and a second dining room with a fireplace feature inside the holiday home.

The holiday retreat has three equipped kitchens, out of which one is outdoor, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with 2 service WCs for a comfortable and carefree stay. Guests will find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and fridge at their disposal here.

Location

The holiday house is located in the scenic Bela Krajina region, known for its natural beauty, springs, meadows and numerous rivers. There are also some well-recognised spas and thermal wellness centres at just half an hour’s driving distance from here for those who want to completely restore their well-being.

River Kolpa, whose clear waters are a summer delight, is located at about a 20-minutes drive from the rental; here, you can kayak, canoe or even SUP. Additionally, guests can head to Črnomelj (12 minutes drive), where they can explore the lush forests of Lahinja River and also check out the unique monument Spomenik na Gričku dedicated to WWII victims.

For day trips, the Kamačnik Canyon is a heaven of magical nature sounds, colours and scenic paths, located at a 45-minutes\' drive from here and also home to the deepest spring in Slovenia. The closest international airport is in Rijeka, approximately a 1 hour 22 minutes drive from Homestead Vrtin.
