“Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”

“The room was very clean, the hotel itself was clean. The “ocean front view” was amazing! The only 2 issues: 1. we were given the wrong room to start and they tried to tell us they didn’t have the correct room available. They did get the reservation fixed. 2. The elevators. One was down our entire stay. The other ended up breaking down our second day there and we had to use the stairs. I was on the 9th floor. After they got it fixed, the one elevator was so congested you would have to wait……

“It is one of the worst properties there could be, it was 103 degrees outside. We drove 5 hours from Delaware to reach there. When we entered the property the roof was leaking, AC wasn’t working. Had kids and parents with me, it was so terrible we decided to leave, but where we could have gone? Not only the AC wasn’t working, since the roof was leaking, there was mold near the leakage point. It was 4th of July weekend and the properties were all sold out. We were in great pickle and staffs had no……

“I have no idea where to start. Based on the reviews that I read here on Expedia, they were wrong. I do not know why these people and this hotel are still in business!! I think I’m going to let the pictures tell you the story. And if you think you’re gonna get service for your room and towels, think again. You have to request it. Moldy shower, trash around the hotel, rooms falling apart, stained towels, toilets that were not secured, dirty microwave and much, much more. Y’all may be wondering……

“I wasn't happy with the service; we had booked a room with an ocean view, but there was only one woman at the front desk handling a huge crowd. She left me standing there waiting while she tried to attend to everyone else and me at the same time. On top of that, there were no extra towels or toilet paper, and there were bugs—specifically bedbugs. They really need to fumigate, as it’s dangerous when you have children with you. I hope they take this feedback into account.”
