“Excellent location, great view, nice staff, reasonable price. ”

“The breakfast was extremely limited. They only had bagels, grits, eggs, waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. They didn't have bread, which was an issue for my son who cannot chew bagels. Upon check-in, I was slapped with an $18/day parking fee, although Expedia listed this property as offering free parking. The manager on duty was kind enough to remove the fee.”

“Always a fantastic ocean view and kind accommodating stuff specially the couple in charge of room service on the 5th floor Mack and Urmi they were very sweet remarkable with the service provided. We love this hotel we were happy to get a good deal this time but in the summer it can get very pricey.”

“Room was filthy, no towels and door key locks didn’t work. Floor was not mopped and the faucet was leaking. When they came in to fix it they left tools everywhere on the floor. ”

“We had stayed here under the prior owners. I was disappointed to no longer have a gourmet breakfast, but Chris more than made up for this. He helped me navigate the push-button locks and got me a key fob for our room (just in case). He advised a few breakfast spots (both excellent) and provided us with a clean, comfortable room. We'll definitely stay with him again.”

“We had a room on the 7th floor right on the boardwalk with a perfect view of the ocean. The ice and vending machines were directly across from our room and they have a nice club/restaurant on the ground floor that leads right out to the boardwalk. The only downside is the parking is around the block but if you are planning on being at the beach all day, it probably won't be of any concern. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity.”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”

“Ocean view 3 rd floor was amazing. Everyone at the Hemingway was amazing, attentive, courteous and accommodating. Room was relatively clean. But like another IHG property. I got hot water the first night and some what lukewarm the next morning and then the second night and third morning the water was barely lukewarm. At another location the same exact thing happened. Had maintenance check it out and nothing changed . Annoying when I had to be up and leave before 630am and you had one good……
