“The hotel allows us to have early check in by 9a.m. Thank them for their hospitality. The room is clean, on the top floor, nicely decorated, very stylish yet feeling somewhat pressed cos it is an attic. That is something that let us down. The location is very good, next to the entrance of the old city and not far from bus station.”

Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……
