“Wonderful for a couple with small children. Very cute setup in the children's room. Very relaxing to sit on the porch and watch as the deer ran through. Got to see two does with their two fans. Very convenient to get anywhere you want to go in the area.”

“Fine ”

“The place was so cute, absolutely loved! Will definitely go again, we had a great time. It was nice. It was relaxing. The hot tub was perfect. Looking out at the stars was very romantic. Definitely recommend.”

“Enjoyed our overnight stay while riding the East Texas bike ride”

“Good place to disconnect..was very peaceful! ”

“Cabin was awesome. Loves the Bohemian vibe! The updated bathroom was wonderful as well. You can tell someone out a lot of work and creativity into this cabin. Hot tub was so nice. Stars were magical ! The only thing not great were the bed and pillows. They were not very comfy. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had and if we are in the area again, this place will be first on our list.”

“Great place to stay. Sara is very friendly and responsive. Location very close to our event. The grounds looked nice though we did not get a chance to explore.”

“This is a beautiful property. It is a quiet and peaceful location in the woods of Davy Crockett National Forest. We enjoyed watching the turtles around the pond and the screened in porch attached to our cabin. There is a pool on the property that was very nice. The cabin itself was nicely equipped and decorated well. It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend visit. The host and hostess communicated well and were very helpful when needed. We will be visiting again very soon!!”

“If you are looking for a peaceful place to get away and relax, this is it! This has been my favorite place to stay by far. Property is beautiful, hosts are amazing, and the two cabins we have stayed in on the property are both 10/10 in uniqueness, comfort, and cleanliness. ”

“Not like the Red Roof I've stayed at before. But it was clean and only there 1 night. Should have tissues in bath.”

“Very nice small cabin in Kennard. Hot Tub was awesome and the bed was very comfortable.”

“I liked the free roaming horses and goats and how friendly and helpful everyone was. We had one issue with our microwave and they put a new one in within minutes. The only thing that would of been better is if they maintained the cabin a little better and stocked the kitchen better with pots and pans,”

“This place was absolutely disappointing. We were given a non-smoking room, but the entire room smelled like cigarettes and mold. The bathroom walls were dirty, the bed was filthy, and the blankets had visible hairs from the previous guests. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. This was unacceptable, especially when guests expect a clean and comfortable place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“We had a wonderful one night stay at this great little country place! Loved the cute goats and cows surrounding the property-they were so charming and a joy to watch. Inside, the space was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. And the host was quick to respond! If you are looking for a peaceful, cozy rural escape, this is the perfect spot. We would love to come back!”

“It was a great place to stay and was central to all we wanted to do. The ACs worked great! It is easy to get to. The train was no problem and wasn't distracting at all. The yard and front porch could use a little TLC bit that was ok. We would definitely stay here again. It's an adorable house with lots of amenities conducive to a long term stay!”

“The staff and environment at Woodbine are breathtaking, and they truly make you feel like family. We highly recommend them!”
