“The add clearly said "Parking Included" But it wasnt and we wasted 45 minutes trying to find a parking lot that was open 24/7. The apt itself was shabby. Missing doors on kitchen cabinets, wobbly chairs and tables and not usable. Bathroom towel rack fell as soon as i touched it. Tv was like 15 inches and no name brand. All the furniture was caked in polyurethane and dripping making it look like a slum. All windows were sealed and not functional. Location was sketchy although close……

“The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip.”

“Expect similar amenities and cleanliness as in an old highway motel. There were cockroaches in the bathroom along with a moldy shower curtain, active mouse traps set up in one closet, very dirty windows, plastic bottles and soda cans discarded in front of the front window (which is directly at the view level), broken plastic blinds on the back window, and some of the furniture was broken or dirty. “This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street.……

“Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood! My family, and our dog, visited during Spring Break and we loved our stay. The owner took great care in outfitting the apartment with all the amenities of home-- right down to stocking the pantry with healthy snacks. The location is great-- only a half block away from local landmark Ben's Chili Bowl and a quick Uber away from the National Mall. The neighborhood is a classic DC neighborhood filled with colorful rehabbed row homes and we all enjoyed……

“Our stay was okay but not ideal. Let’s start with some of the pros. Pros:1. Good location - The property is located in Shaw, right next to the Howard theater.
