"Beautiful property and lovely hosts."

"Place was a bedroom inside the owners townhouse. It is a shared living area. It was messy with stuff thrown around everywhere. It was dirty and musty. Strong unbearable odor. The bedroom for rent was in disarray, stuff on the bed and floors. Owner said previous occupants had left their luggage but there were things all over. Laptop and computer table on the bed, bed in disarray, clothes on the floor. Very dirty space, not suitable for rental. Owner said I didn't have to stay if I...

"Charming and picturesque house steps from all of the best things about Annapolis."

"Beautiful big house. Two of the light fixtures didn't work but it didn't really affect our experience."

"Very convinient and clean place to stay."

"Clean"

"Charming bed and breakfast with an extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast, convenient to walk to the pier and Little Italy."

"My daughter and I came here for her 32nd birthday. We relaxed, walked to get our nails done, went to a great Indian restaurant and had Jerk delivered later that night. "

"Great location, super comfortable, spacious and modern apartment. Property owners were easy to reach and super reliable within timely manner. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for the great stay and hospitality during our DC trip."

"Perfect location and affordable."

I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. There were ants too, although this was a minor problem for me, more so the children. Overall, my stay was...
