「When we arrived at the space, it was completely filthy. Linens were not cleaned, beds were not made, bathroom and floors were not clean, landscaping trash in the yard and the kitchen countertops were dirty. The space had an unusual odor that was quite off-putting. We were told that the owner had stayed and self-cleaned. Our host had their cleaning service dispatched immediately and cleaned the space after we arrived. If you plan to stay, make sure the space has been cleaned and serviced...
