📋 Booking Requirements
This home follows local compliance guidelines, which include:
• Signed rental agreement
• ID verification
• $1,250 security hold (pending authorization, not a traditional deposit)
As an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($65 for stays up to 10 nights + $5 per night after 10 nights).
We use a secure, simple platform called Happy Guest (no app download required).
It provides easy document signing and a private guest portal with property details and local recommendations to make your stay seamless.

+Failure to provide a signed rental agreement will immediately cancel the reservation without a refund if not received 24 hours before arrival.
