Gorgeous Fall stay

Charming Vintage Cabin

We had the best time at this property. The cabins were adorable, super clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice taking the pontoon out for cruises along the lake. The sandbars were a delight. What a great family week.

Labor Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay on lake O’Brien. Property was as pictured, used the patio, grill and dock often. Plenty of space, close to grocery store and restaurants.

Family Getaway

This was our third visit to one of Jeff and Lindsay’s properties. We especially love the charm, the amenities, and the location of the white cabin. We enjoyed pontoon rides, fishing, golf and many walks on the beautiful road. Highly recommend, cannot wait to return!

Great cabin.

Our second time staying at this property. Always clean, check-in is a breeze and owners are very helpful. Having the boat available is a huge bonus and the screen porch is lovely and perfect for a nap. The only bummer this time was the sauna was out of order.

Great family trip

Beautiful cabin and lot! Having the pontoon was such an amazing bonus. The lake has 2 sandbars that the kids loved, and it never felt crowded. Saw a lot of wildlife too! Would definitely stay here again :)

Our favorite place

We love staying here. This is our 4th time and we always look forward to going to the little white cabin. Our favorite things are the sun porch and the pontoon! I would highly recommend!

Modern Nostalgia

This property has a 50s feel with up to date amenities. A beautiful, peaceful location. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The separate guest suite and the outdoor screened room gives privacy when wanted. A sauna and pontoon included is awesome. I would highly recommend this property.

A must stay for a single small family or group!

It’s like your own private resort. We loved the outdoor porch and used it the most- our daughter would nap and we sat outside enjoying the fresh air and view. I personally appreciated the attention to detail and aesthetic of the property. It’s iconic, log, Pendleton blankets, wood fire, something out of a movie and worth spending money on. A true private retreat.

Awesome Cabin

This was a lovely place to stay. The cabin, guest cabin and screen porch were awesome. Also the dock and platoon boat puts this place over the top! The hosts make it easy to check in and out. The one issue was there was no place to walk the dogs or ride our bikes safely.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the white cabin. Jeff and Lindsay are great hosts and were very responsive to questions. The fireplace was already lit when we arrived, which was very nice. There was uncertainty as to whether the pontoon would still be available in mid-October but we were fortunate that it was! My dad enjoyed being able to go out and catch some large mouth bass. We will definitely be back again!

Memories with my kids

This was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed ourselves. This was a weekend away with my kids who are college age. Was a wonderful weekend playing cards. Fishing and floating on the lake in the pontoon. Jeff and Lindsay are awesome hosts.

Exceptional Cabin and Hosts!

The host had exceptional communication. This is our fourth year on Lake O’Brien at the white cabin. The hosts always go above and beyond! Pontoon rides, campfires and gazebo time were our family favorites! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing time!

Property was wonderful. We especially loved the sunroom area. Lindsay came to show us how to drive the pontoon, it was easier than we thought it would be. 🙄 Would absolutely come back again. We also enjoyed a day trip to Nisswa, which was recommended by Lindsay as well. A great time all around!
