「The accommodations are relaxing and beautiful. The town and nearby Nenagh have what you need. Hickey's Bar across the street is a wonderful place to meet the nicest people. Highly recommend staying here at Paul and Karen's place in Silvermines. Karen's friendly reception and initial information set the tone for a great visit!」

「We chose this cottage in the country to experience the local towns, people, the food, & history. We rented a car & used the cottage as base. Each day we drove to a different castle or locale.Even the Cliffs of Moher was a day trip. Roscrea village was close for groceries. Denise & Joe were very friendly, helpful, kind, & wonderful hosts. Loved all the decor, books, location & Denise’s Irish soda bread was YUMMY! Highly recommend. Debbi & Perry」

「This was our first trip to Ireland and we chose the Granary as a home base as we visited many different sites. It is a great location for day trips to Kilkenny, Cliffs of Moher, Waterford, Cahir, Rock of Cashel, Cork and Dublin. Bee is a wonderful host! She met us when we arrived and showed us around. The home is very clean, well appointed and quiet. Upon leaving we didn’t have to worry about any chores which was wonderful! Highly recommend!」

「We, a group of six, spent 3 days taking day trips and the location assisted in making them easy to come and go from. The apartment had firms beds, abundant towels and a great working kitchen. We found a supermarket and a liquor store a few steps away. If you can climb stairs this is the place for you.」

「A very pleasant hotel, about a 15 minute walk from the town centre. There is ample parking at the hotel. Our room was spotless with excellent bathroom amenities. The room and a double bed and two singles but there was still room to sit and it was comfortable. We were attending the wedding and the food was excellent and the staff friendly, efficient and professional. I would have no hesitation staying here again.」
