“The rooms that we were forced to use were smoking rooms. I did not reserve and pay for smoking rooms. We were informed at check in after a 4 hour drive to get there that's all they had remaining. We were in town for a funeral service and did not arrive until later that night.
Unfortunately due to the non refundable policy, we had to use them or forfeit a hefty fee for two rooms. My family of 5 which included 3 kids had to endur rooms that were unbecoming of a decent hotel. The rooms needed……
