This unit is furnished and ready for your stay!
Nightly rate for 2 people $140/night
*extra guest fee nightly $12.00*
12 people max allowed and that nightly rate is $260.00 which is what we would normally charge.
We have gone to the per person nightly rate to encourage those couples who want a lake front condo to book as well and not have to pay the full rate of $240.00/night.
HOA update as of June 2022-2 pet limit, all pets must be on a leash and pick up after poop every time. Dog breeds prohibited: Pit bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds and all mixes thereof.

Main level/when you walk in- 2 bdrm /2 full bath with fully furnished kitchen; living room with big screen TV; washer & dryer, walk out deck with a view.
Downstairs-2 bedrooms and one full bathroom; walk out patio to the water. 2ndary kitchen area with full size fridge and sink; bar area and shelves, living room with TV and dining/eating area downstairs.
King size bed, WiFi, pet friendly (one time fee $75.00), smoking outside only.
Propane grill on deck.
Outdoor chairs.

We are lakefront with access to Lake Catherine; you have to have a permit on your boat to use the lake and rules of HOA apply; get with owners please. Fishing you will need a local license and owners can direct you on that as well. We do not supply Kayak's etc-but they are available to rent with payment and permits at the near by marina's.

We do NOT have a swimming pool at the condo nor a hot tub; those are amenities in the Fairfield Glade area that you can have access too if you want and are pending openings/availability/service/etc.

(Update March 2019-New Flooring, new kitchens, 2 new step in showers upstairs, new deck, and gas fireplace and gas stove/oven in the kitchen )

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.
Parking: one car can park under the carport, 2nd car can park behind that car. Anymore than 2 vehicles would need to park in an unmarked parking spot near by.

My family had a great stay at this property. It had plenty of room for us and was very comfortable. The kitchen met all of all needs too and we needed the multiple bathrooms which worked out very well. The high temperatures and humidity didn't allow for much enjoyment of the outside features but it was on a very convenient location with pleasant scenery. Thanks for hosting our family!

Central location

Condo was centrally located for our weekend stay in the Glade. Close to family, grocery and events we were attending. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Nice new park within walking distance that has bocce courts, memorial garden and covered pavilions.

Great spot for 4th of July!

We were able to have a front row seat to the local Fireworks show and it was quite impressive. The condo has a lot of room and appreciated the three full baths and washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay and spent our mornings hiking and afternoons at the pool.

Great Fairfield Glade condo

We loved our stay at this condo! Especially enjoyed my own “apartment” in the lower level. 😁 Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to golf courses and a couple of good restaurants, more restaurants about 15-20 minutes away. Owners were very nice when we spoke. Highly recommend staying here!

Family Reunion

We were at Fairfield Glade for a family reunion. This place was just perfect, nice with the main level with walk in showers for our parents in their 80s and plenty of additional sleeping space in the lower level. Exactly as advertised, well stocked, had everything we needed and more! Would definitely receive a perfect score from us! Hope to be back again soon!

This property was exactly as described. We used it for a golf trip at Fairfield Glade and it was absolutely perfect. It's convenient, clean, and well-appointed. The owners are extremely nice and immediately responsive. Absolutely will rent this again.

Great weekend get-away. We had 3 couples which worked out well since there are 3 separate bedrooms with bathrooms for each couple. We grilled steaks and watched the football game. The condo property is across the street from a convenience store which was very convenient. 🙂

Spacious easy

Had a great stay to visit my dad. Condo was very roomy and very convenient to my day dads house. Nice view of the lake from the deck and downstairs patio. With the downstairs area having a kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living space, this house would be perfect for two families to share but still have there own space when needed. Everything was exactly as stated and I was very pleased with the stay. Will rent again.

Convenient condo.

Our group was six senior adult who were visiting a high school classmate and his wife who live in the Glades. Unit met our needs with beds and baths. The deck is a nice size with seating for six and although we didn’t use the grill someone previously had and looked as though they’d cooked cheeseburgers then neglected to clean it. Parking was not a problem for our pickup and full sized suv. We would stay again.
