"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access ..."

Noisy Airconditioner
"I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day."
