Magnificent new luxury apartment on the top floor of the new Gradlon residence with a superb view of Morgat beach. Located at the foot of the beach and in the heart of Morgat, with all amenities within walking distance.
With around 54 m² of living space, it offers a large terrace with sea views from the cathedral-ceilinged living room, a large bedroom with storage space and a 160/200 bed.
The residence and apartment meet disabled access standards, with elevator access. There is a private parking space with electric car connection.
The start of the GR34 hiking trail is close to the residence.

Stunning apartment virtually on beach
Communication with Erwan was first class. The immaculate apartment is virtually on the beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants and creperies. The town itself is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need right on the doorstep. The beach is absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. It’s a gorgeous apartment in a truly perfect location.

Schöne Woche mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem hervorragend ausgestatteten Apartment am Strand von Morgat.Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick über die Bucht, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am Strand kann man Kajaks mieten, um zu den Grotten zu paddeln. Schöne Möglichkeiten zum wandern und baden sind leicht zu erreichen.Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
