「Hôtel definitely needing some TLC, no sockets beside bed for phone charging and seat at mirror too low to see into mirror for doing hair. Barmaid had an attitude and definitely needs tuition in cocktails as my espresso martini was one of the worst ever served up to me. Also overheard a customer ask for pinot noir and she tried to give them pinot Grigio! We were goi b to have breakfast in the morning but we decided against. Clearly a need for staff training all round in my opinion.」

「Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early.」

「Interesting bulding. It has been updated quite a bit but still has old building features. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and quiet. It was perfect for just stepping off the train late in the day.」

「Horrible Hotel, my single bed room was very small. It faced the busy street. Loud vehicle noise. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the room next to me. There is no front desk and I didn't see any employees during my three night stay. Key code to open the hotel front door. Once inside use your Key code to open the lock box and get your room key.」
