"The view is amazing. The pool looks amazing.
The pool had broken light in the water and exposed wires ! It wasn’t switched on but looked dangerous.
There was no hot water available in the bathroom during our stay.
The outdoor shower area was very dirty and the sliding door did not slide at all. The slide fittings were rusted and needed to be repaired.
The staff were friendly. The mosquito net was full of holes and had dirty stains all over it.
The umbrellas at the pool are completely broken...

We wish we had soent more time at the resort instead of going on a tour with bumpy roads and crowded destinations. It’s near Crystal Beach and they have a shuttle to take you. It’s an hour from Diamond Beach, but you can easily book a tour to go see it. One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.
