“"It's a cozy and lovely place." occurred to me at the first glance of its little courtyard. The small lanes in the front is just quiet and so different from the surroundings. However, the room is ordinary and especially bathroom is basic. With a four star hotel rates, I think its quality is far away from the price. Our room is located on the ground floor, facing right towards a rooftop restaurant. We booked one month before our arrival and it was so noisy, with no view at all. This is so not……

“The hotel is in a nice heritage building overlooking the lake with delightful views. However our stay was not enjoyable. The shower didn’t produce hot water, the bathroom was grotty and towels appeared dirty. When we asked for our room to be cleaned there was no evidence that our bathroom had been. The electrics were inconsistent, certain appliance did not work and on one occasion a socket exploded giving me a shock. We reported the electrical problems and, in fairness, an electrician was……

“View from the room was best i could ever get. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, gone beyond to fulfill the needs of the guests. Hotel is on a great great location. Just a minute away from lake pichola. You could see the lake, the ghat, the pichola market from your balcony. The size of the room was also pretty big. Overall 11/10. ”
