"Lo malo: cuartos demasiado pequeños, televisor que no funcionaba el control remoto apesar de averlo reportado 2 veces no funcionó. La ubicación está en centro donde gente indigente y vagos con patinetas y música se amanecen y hacen ruido. Lamentablemente no puedo encontrar puntos a favor."

"Pool was really hot cause of the sun outside but was great but should have more staff there because when I was on the patio I looked down on it and there was a couple who looked like they were doing things they shouldn’t in a pool but other than that rooms were always cleaned and patio area had a great view, great reception staff, and the breakfast staff are the best in my opinion overall great hotel to stay at and will keep using it whenever I go back into town"

"The property was nice. The room was very clean. The staff was very polite. There wasn’t a lot to do close, but if you walk a couple blocks, you could find things to do."

"My last night I got into shower naked ready to take a shower on a cold, windy Pachuca night & no hot water. Got out of the shower. Called front desk, phone not working. Walked into reception @ requested hot water. 2am I asked if water was hot, yes they said. Took a shower with cold water. Water was never hot. Next morning before I checked out, I took another cold shower. How pathetic! Tower holder @ bath not working only towel hook on the wall. WiFi not working. They have several modems throughout but BAD signal everywhere. Nice glass wall facing the street. Amazing view."

"Upon arrival , the person at the front desk they told us they did not work with Expedia and only through Booking. We then asked if we could just reserve directly through them and they told me they did not take cards. Super inconvenient. "
