「This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

「Room is big but very old, many bugs and mosquitoes. Shared bathroom is clean but needa wait for it especially in the morning. The night staff is very nice. There is a cat adopted by the staff which run into our room and cause allergies on us. This is not stated before and seriously disturbed our stay there. Be aware of did you pay for the ac, even you paid for it you still have to ask for the remote control. The location is closed to Milan Centrale station, abt 7-8 mins walking distance.」
