"The hotel is in a convenient area close to our are departing flight, close enough to sightseeing spots in LA and lots of restaurants, eating spots which were very good. And there’s a mall in walking distance. Seemed to be a very clean, safe and great area to explore. We are considering staying there when we come back with the grandchildren to see Universal Studios. GREAT CENTRAL SPOT!"

"We stayed for Disneyland and it was a great walking distance. The bed was not comfortable, you could feel every spring. Other than that it was clean and just what we needed."

"Rooms are in serious need of improvement. The latch on the door out to the balcony was broken, bathroom door very squeaky. Apparently our room was the only one that didn’t have chairs on the balcony? So I couldn’t enjoy it really. So the hotel passes by as a 4 star, but the rooms are a 3 star. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room service was great. The parking situation is outrageous. $55 a day is crazy. I have clients who were going to stay for a week at this hotel, but gave up because of the parking price. "

"Very close to drop off and security to access DCA and Disneyland, where you just need to cross the street and walk for about 5-10 min, depending on your pace. Hotel is more of a motel setup with doors facing out to a open hallway. Beds were comfortable and room looked to be well maintained or recently refurbished. There was a slight gap between the floor and entry door, so you may want to block it with a rolled towel or something if you're on the geound floor to keep any small critters/bugs out. The restaurants right outside the hotel were good and convenient."

"The hotel shuttle service is very bad. I waited more than 40 min. The shuttle drove by without stopping at the terminal because it is full. There seems to be one shuttle in service. The shuttle service is outsourced to the parking company next to the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel if you need a shuttle pick up at the LAX airport."

"We stayed in room 911. Based on the Floorplan of the floor, it is the smallest room on the floor plate. It was disappointing that even though we were Expedia VIP Platinum status we were offered the smallest room. However, Trey at the front desk was helpful, and it was only two-nights. The hotel was convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle, the pool and gym were adequate. We would return if we needed something close to LAX. Thank you."

"Very convenient for a one night stay for Disneyland. Room was clean and updated. We were given an upgrade which we didn’t need but was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was included and very decent. Didn’t appreciate the $31 per night parking fee but thst seems to be customary in this area."

"Bathroom flooded and ruined some of clothing I had sitting in a cloth bag on the bathroom floor I placed there the night beforehand to have ready to go."
