“The houseboat itself was decent, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by several major issues. When we arrived, we found blood stains on the pillowcases, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Even worse, the main air conditioning was not working. It was over 90°F inside the houseboat, making it nearly impossible to stay inside comfortably. We repeatedly tried to contact the host for assistance, but never received a response. We even contacted Expedia, and they were unable to……

“First the good. It is a relatively new place and everything looks just like it does in the pictures. The upper deck was enjoyable in the morning and evenings. Everything was clean and well kept. Now for the bad1. The slip numbers are not visible by driving by you need to get out a walk up to the power box to find the slip numbers. No sign on the property to tell you that you are there. 2. Then he introduced us to JB , JB contacted us throughout our travels into Key West. He meet us at the marina and introduced us around the boat and made us aware of all the amenities and many local favorite spots. Very polite, warm and friendly to my family.
