Sugarloaf Key Beach Hotel

"The room was acceptable, although not great. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The front desk staff was mediocre. Not all staff were attentive and meeting the basic needs of guests, in general. There was one staff person who was very good at her job and consequently ended up taking over others' work in order to meet the needs of guests. The golf cart rental service was great! The jet ski rental services were not good. "

"This property is tired and needs a deep cleaning. The staff is non existent. We stayed 5 days and asked for/but didn’t receive any housekeeping- including towels! I ended up taking some off one of the cleaning carts."

"There were four pools on the property one which was right outside of our room. The property was close to stores and a couple of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a great time. Would definitely recommend."

"If I came back I would book a room high up maybe that would help with the noise early morning from the chickens that roam the island. Shuttle drivers and service were amazing. Property is nice had a nice pool and lots of games around to play. "

"This hotel is HORRJBLE in terms of customer service. Expedia sent NO reminders of my upcomjnv reservation ( For $650.!) and Hyatt, even though not sold out charged my credit card the full amount. NO ONE would help, even in offering a partial refund. Going forward I will NEVER do business with expedia and will go out of my way to choose Marriott over Hyatt whenever possible.
