“Great property in a great location. Located pretty much in the middle of Duvaul st. Can walk to either end of the island and partake in everything Key West has to offer. Great coffee 10 yards from the steps. Amazing late night cheese steaks and pizza right around the corner. And a Walgreens half a block away that really came in handy for hangover cures. My group had a rip roarin time and took full advantage of our opportunity to let loose! Highly recommend this property.”

“Great for sleeping 3-6, not more than that. We came with a group of 10 and needed to use the pull out sofas, which were broken. We ended up taking the mattress out and sleeping on the floor, but even then the mattress was only a few inches thick. Being on Duval street, it was a populated area with partying outside until about 2 or 3am. Being a historic building, the living room area was noisy until the streets cleared. We knew this would be the case, but keep this in mind when booking. ”

“The room was very clean, and the charm of this location was exceptional. We enjoyed the little outside patio for morning coffee, and it's convenient location, which is a couple blocks away from Duval Street, where all the exciting entertainment and restaurants are. It was also only a few blocks from a grocery store where we were able to pick up our food for the week. We were in a middle cottage, and at night we didn't here any noise at all from the couple on one side, and another couple on the……

“Everything you would need for a small group close to all the action ”

“Location is great and parking is a plus. Unit is ok but cleanliness was an issue. Couch had smears all over it, floor had not been mopped and the deck had all the spilled drinks from the previous guests. Also beware that the deck with the chairs does not belong to the 2 bedroom unit. Upon arrival, I mentioned to the host (business) that one of the rooms was missing the remote for the tv. They offered to bring one and never came. The high top table is too wobbly to have any drinks on it. ……

“Unit was very good. Excellent location. Pool was nice & warm but small. Nice sun beds There was significant construction work going on throughout our 8 night stay starting just after 7am. May want check this before booking The realtor - KW Reality - were very response & dealt with our issues very well”
