「Hotel is Clean . Really nice manager & great service ! 」

「What a joke when we got there tue the 20th , they were sealcoating 95% of the property, and the ladies at front desk played stupid or literally had no idea they said " there nice guys they'll let u through " ...you literally cant drive on seal coat the same afternoon.. so the booked all 6 buildings and had enough parking for 1 building....thats called greed , just close or dont book each building 1 at a time , literally had to carry all our luggage from building 1 to building 6 ... will never...

「Not enough towels for all guests. Soap pump broken. Phone not working when we tried to call front desk for previously stated issues. When arriving at front desk, not given a resolution to any of these issues. If I’m paying $500 a night for a room, I expect it to be exceptional or property at least be able to resolve when there is an issue. Definitely won’t be staying again」
