「The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.」

「This particular room hidden behind the rum saloon was delightful! Plenty of towels, a refrigerator large enough to hold our bottled waters and leftovers, a very comfortable bed, and a cute sitting area to watch critters peeping in or you watching people walking by. Theres a coffee shop conveniently across the street or you can walk down Duval to Circle K for cheap coffee or make it in your room with the Keurig. The short walk to the south point marker makes it very convenient!」

「Location was great. House was clean and well kept. Our room was right off the kitchen and sometimes noisy. Also there were some loose tiles in the bedroom and bath. Disappointed there wasn't a facility for laundry. Loved that the common areas were cleaned daily! 」

「I was able to find a parking spot on there property across the street. The mansion is rundown and in desperate need of TLC. If you're going their for the "haunting experience" don't bother. Even the Currys' are disgusted and not around at the moment. I would not walk barefoot in my room either btw. And the most annoying was having to pay 4.85 for my morning cup of coffee at the little bar on the side porch, card/no cash taken.... never again:( 」
