I wasn’t able to get the door code or complete check-in ahead of time, so I had to ask other guests how they checked in. As soon as I entered the room, it was even hotter, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in, especially during the day. I tried adjusting the wall-unit air conditioner, which was set at 77°F. However, when I pressed the button to lower the temperature, the setting would not go down at all.
