“The “private beach” was unclean and small. The public beach was better and cleaner. Nothing to do around the area. The room we got did not had beach view. When asked for it they told us that because the bought via Expedia, that they can not move us to a beach view. I’m realizing that they treat people different when they see the package is bought through expedía”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Pier House and will definitely come back. We are not big spa people so we would like to try an oceanfront room next time. But our room was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had a fun time visiting the Chart Room and sitting on the beach at night. Perfect location to all the activities!”

“We only stayed a couple of days, but the location was great. Really nice to be right on the water, and have a pool right there too. Lots of stuff in walkable distance. Covered parking. Etc. ”
