"Perfect location! Staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were nice though somewhat rundown. A word of caution on booking oceanfront or ocean view rooms. The majority of the days between 7 /8am to approximately 5pm. Be prepared to have a large cruise ship as your view. A pool view would be preferable. There is a small on this when booking a room. "

"This is the cutest, hideaway only a few blocks walk from everything!! We rented bikes from them for 2 days (only $20 a bike)! The hot tubs are perfect for morning or night soaks, and they have 2, big pools! A cheap bar at check in is always a plus!! We will definitely be back!!"

"First time staying at Pier House. We really liked it. We felt that it was more chill than some of the other resorts we’ve stayed at. We stayed in the spa building which was quiet. Nice big room and bathroom. Food was really good at the beach bar. Had a lot of fun hanging out in The Chart Room every night. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or beach due to the weather. Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks for the early check in and late check out!!"

"Love our stay here. The location is the best , just two blocks from the heart of Duval , but quiet and quaint. The rooms were clean , small pool in the center. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast each morning. Will definitely be back ! "

"The hotel is beautiful as it is a lovely Victorian home with dark wood interiors, chandeliers, and time period furniture. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a bar on the porch where breakfast is available for purchase. Great location, just a short walk to bars, entertainment and restaurants."
