A very cute, clean and comfortable hotel only three blocks from the city center. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious.

Los Balcones is a great place to stay while traveling in Cuenca - location is perfect & staff are friendly. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment & found it to be very comfortable during our 5 nights
Hotel is just a few blocks from the square & new church

Beautiful boutique hotel in central Cuenca. I love the decorations and the staff was helpful and kind. Very clean. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast is good. My only recommendation is for light sleepers. If that is you, bring some kind of white noise machine or fan. The walls are somewhat thin and the street noice can reverberate. I have such a machine (small one) that I carry when I travel and ear plugs. I needed both and those were sufficient for me to get some sleep.
