Room was spacious, clean, private and comfortable -- excellent value for the price. Staff were friendly and attentive. The property is lovely and peaceful, yet there's a nice lively feel because of the on-site tennis club and workshops that take place. Breakfast ("Veracruzano") at the restaurant was delicious and other meals were also good.

Racquet Club is the perfect place to relax with the family. The pool is the best part but also de mini gold and the tennis courts are great.

Lovely grounds and great value.

We loved all the grounds and outdoor areas.Raul was our server at several meals and gave us friendly, personal service each time. The rooms are large and comfortable. Overall, the facilities could use an upgrade, but have been nicely maintained.

The hotel is a pretty hacienda with nice big rooms and comfty bed. The free breakfast was a basic continental one but we ended up paying for the buffet they have on Tuesdays at 2x1. We spent just 1 night and wish we could have stayed longer for truly enjoyung the place.

Lo mejor: - La comida. Más que cumplidora y con algunos guisos y postres excelentes! - Jardines. Amplios y bien cuidados. - Personal atento y amable. Lo que tiene potencial: - Toda la propiedad en sí misma! Una renovación de habitaciones en general y de infraestructura le caería demasiado bien. ¿Cómo está la zona de juegos de niños tan olvidada? Los detalles importan: las bancas individuales que están en toda el complejo son una excelente idea, pero deben renovar las que están en los jardines (¿Cómo es posible que el cemento sobresalga del lugar donde colocaron las sillas?). - Contar mejor la historia del lugar! Lo que no me gustó: - En lugar de la cancha de futbolito colocaron una de padel (hasta donde entiendo) y, más allá de los gustos personales y de que se perdió una cancha de fútbol (para aquellos que nos gusta), me preocupó el hecho de encontrar un pájaro muerto dentro de la cancha, señal de que probablemente se golpeó en la cabeza al no poder distinguir los nuevos cristales con los que encerraron el sitio. POR FAVOR, integren algunas líneas grises transparentes o algún otro material con el que los pajaritos distingan por donde van! Lo de siempre: los DETALLES son lo importante. Felicidades a todo el personal por tan excelente atención. El mejor de los éxitos al club.
