    San marcos
    The property was lovely but we had to communicate using Google translate. San Marcos has very little in the way of bars and restaurants or if they did we couldn't find them! TV is all in Spanish so no good for watching in the cold nights. Radiators in living room and bedroom didn't work so we had to use blankets. Enjoyed our stay but just wanted people to be aware of what to expect.

    Great, quiet villa with a pool
    Very clean, quiet location with a great backyard that sees the sun most of the day. The pool is a good size and not over looked. The village is very Spanish and has a few bars within walking distance. Francisco was always quick to respond via WhatsApp

    We planned to visit Andalusia as a family, and we were looking for place to stay that is located at equal distance from the main cities. We choose Cuevas de San Marcos for its location, and our choice turned out to be better than what we expected. Indeed, the little town is located in a wonderful place near the mountains and the reservoir, with olive groves all around. The weather was so nice and the air is clean. The house is very nice and well furnished and decorated, and the pool is big and beautiful. We had everything for a very relaxing stay. We spent a whole week and we drove to Malaga, Cordoba and Granada which took us one hour drive for each, and to Sevilla with a little bit more time. We stayed home for two days and the kids didn't get out of the pool except when we visited the reservoir and the nearby town of Rute. The owner Francisco is a wonderful person and easy to communicate with. He is also fluent in French. To summarize, we had a wonderful stay with no issues at all and I would recommend Cuevas de San Marcos to my family and friends who wish to visit all Andalusia but would like to stay in one place.

    Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la propriété de Francisco ! Son accueil chaleureux et ses explications claires nous ont été d'une grande aide. La maison était impeccable et très confortable. La piscine était un vrai régal, et l'emplacement dans le village était idéal pour explorer la région. Les restaurants locaux étaient délicieux, et les habitants très sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

    Hemos estado cinco días se esta tranquilo si no fuera por la manada de gatos no te puedes sentar en el porche ni tener la puerta abierta se entran dentro de la casa lo que mas me gusto las llavecillas de la luz detrás de la puerta que bueno de menaje cinco vasos de agua con cuatro personas en la casa si te tomas un café con leche ya no te puedes tomar el medicamento tienes que lavar el vaso no existe vasos para tomar un triste café esta muy mal equipada en referencia al menaje la ducha llena de cal tuve que comprar un producto para limpiarla no existe mampara con cortina como te despistes el agua a fuera.Bueno para no volver yo he estado en otras casas y bueno que cambio.

    Hemos estado muy bien en esta casa con piscina (imprescindible para el verano). Camas cómodas para un buen descanso y enchufes por todas partes, importante para los dispositivos electrónicos. Francisco, el propietario, muy atento y disponible siempre. Paisaje y alrededores plagados de olivos por todas partes. Como consejo algo más de menaje y un lavavajillas harian la estancia aun más cómoda. En resumen buena estancia.

    Excelente estancia
    Hemos estado unos días hospedados y todo ha sido perfecto. Muy contentos con la atención de Francisco el primer día y después dándonos recomendaciones de la zona y las diferentes actividades a realizar por la zona. La casa está muy bien cuidada, dispone de todo lo necesario y está muy limpia. La piscina es grande y está bien cuidada también, así como la zona de relax a su alrededor. Resumiendo: una estancia de 10.

    Ha sido un auténtico acierto la reserva en este alojamiento. Los dueños desde que hicimos la reserva se han interesado en ayudarnos y facilitarnos todo, son realmente encantadores. El alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas con creces, sin duda es de lo mejores que nos hemos alojado y con diferencia, sobre todo en tema limpieza. Se notan las ganas que ponen para ofrecer el mejor servicio, no le falta ningún detalle. La ubicación es estupenda para desconectar de la rutina. Sin duda se lo recomendaré a familiares y amigos y por supuesto estaremos deseosos de repetir. Gracias por todo Maria de los Ángeles y Francisco.

    Magnificas vacaciones . La propiedad está bien cuidada. Súper limpia, muy amplia, con todas las comodidades que se desean para estar realmente a gusto. La piscina una maravilla y el jardín con un tamaño estupendo. En cuanto a los propietarios, no tenemos más que palabras de gratitud, por su comportamiento, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos tener. Son maravillosos, agradables y realmente encantadores. Estamos deseando poder volver, y lo haremos.
