This apartment has a maximum capacity for 5 adults. There are 2 bedrooms (in the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds + 1 individual trundle bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 toilet with shower, living-dining room, fully equipped American kitchen, and a private garden ideal for outdoor enjoyment.



In the Jardines de Palomares residential complex, in the village of Palomares, with communal swimming pool (open in summer) and landscaped areas. Several bars and restaurants and a supermarket in the village. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes by car.



IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

Excellent winter let

Large ground floor apartment with a lovely garden which allows sun or shade throughout the day Well equipped butcould do with a few additions e.g. small pan with lid, book of information to cover such things as operation of the T.V/ microwave. Had problems with getting U K TV to begin with but property manager very good at sorting it out. Underground car park space position quite tricky for a large SUV Altogether a very enjoyable, comfortable stay
