Problema no check-in. Havia reservado 4 aptos. triplos. Liguei as 20h50 para confirmar e a recepção confirmou as reservas. Chegamos às 22h20 e só havia 1 Ap. triplo e 4 duplos. Precisamos separar algumas crianças dos pais. As toalhas de banho estavam com mau cheiro. O telefone da recepção (7777) não atendeu as chamadas para liberar o Wi-Fi. No check-out queriam cobrar a diferença dos aptos.

Hopel simples mas aconchegante. Só não gostei do pessoal da limpeza que fazem muito barulho e conversam alto no corredor atrapalhando o sono do hóspede.

Gostamos muito do hotel, do atendimento, da limpeza, do café da manhã que é excelente e da equipe de funcionários!!! Sugiro que melhore os colchões, pois aquele que usamos lá estava muito macio. E isso prejudica a coluna... No fim do ano voltaremos !!! Muito Obrigada.

Esqueci meu carregador de Celular no hotel. Mandei email e não me retornaram. Liguei duas vezes não obtive resposta. Na semana seguinte me hospedei no hotel falei pessoalmente com o gerente que me atendeu muito mal fiquei decepcionado, pois embora a responsabilidade pelo esquecimento foi minha, pelo menos poderiam me tratar bem... espero não precisar mais dos serviços deste estabelecimento. O gerente recomendo um curso de, pelo menos, tratar bem o cliente porque atendimento não vai adiantar para ele pois mentiu para mim.
