Waterman’s absolute beachfront property pet friendly

The location and house were stunning. Unfortunately there was rat/mice pee and poo on the bed sheets when we arrived, Professional Holiday Homes treated us appallingly. I am going to lodge a complaint with The Department of Fair Trading. Totally ruined my holiday by refusing to take responsibility. PHH tried to shift the blame to us. We found mouse/ rat dropping all through the bedrooms and kitchen were our food was stored. Have asked for 2days return as compensation and they refuse to get back to me. Spoiled my holiday and my friends. I have photos to prove my claims.
