「Check in and check out was easy. Convenient location with free parking right outside. Connected to a restaurant with good food and super friendly staff. Location was safe and close to everything in Esparanza. Room was basic but AC worked great. We would stay here again.」

"A few things to think of before booking this hotel: 1. unstable wifi service, upon arrival wifi in the hotel is not working until late night 2. no hot water. it’s a lie that you can get hot water for shower after waiting for 45s. It’s not only our room, our friends didn’t have hot water for showers as well. 3. no hair dryer. 4. very limited table space for putting your stuff onto. This hotel is not recommended at all. "
