Room was clean but they don't take the trash out for a 2 night stay. The same room service was just left in the hallway for 3 days and the trash outside was overflowing. Seems like a very basic service to provide at any hotel.

Front desk staff was not courteous at all. The person extended no greetings upon checking in or out. Acted bothered . Should not charge for bottled water. Average breakfast.

The staff are consistently wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. The local employees truly deserve recognition. Unfortunately, there are a couple of recurring issues. The luggage cart has had flat tires during my last three stays over the past six months and has not been repaired. Additionally, the breakfast bar has declined significantly. The baked items are often dry and have day/date stickers on them. If I could include a photo from my last visit, I would. I took an individually wrapped slice of raisin bread that was so hard to the front desk and placed by the keyboard on the desk, no one was there because the front desk staff have to multitask. I understand the staff are simply following company policies and procedures, and this is not a reflection of their effort. However, the end result is disappointing. I would still stay at this hotel, but I would not recommend the breakfast bar. If you’re specifically searching for a hotel because breakfast is included, this would not be my choice. I’ve heard several other guests express similar concerns, though many feel uncomfortable saying anything because the staff work so hard and are limited by policy. I’ve stayed at the Cullman, AL Cobblestone Hotel & Suites since it opened, with over 12 reservations totaling roughly 30 nights, and I sincerely hope these issues can be improved.

Very satisfied with cleanliness of room, friendly staff. Breakfast was typical hotel, but good muffins. I would suggest larger wastebaskets in rooms. I would definitely stay at Cobblestone Hotel again.

Yes the room was spotless. Everything was great with the exception of the breakfast and lack of coffee 95% of the time. Halfway through the breakfast hours the eggs and sausage were done and they were not replenished. We were lucky to get one cup of coffee a day and the size of the coffee cups were unusually small. Otherwise everything was great.

The staff was pleasant however our room keys reset every day so we would have to get them reprogrammed each day. Also the front desk had our payment methodsball mixed up and didnt allnseem to be on the same page. Aside from these smallbissues it was a nice place to stay

This was my second stay here. My room had a very sour/mildew smell. It was primarily coming from the bathroom. But, the entire room had the smell. I called downstairs to see if they had another room available, I was told they were no rooms available. The staff was very kind and apologetic. He brought air freshener to help with them smell, but that didn't last long. I woke up smelling it all night and my clothes smelled like it when I left. I was very disappointed this time around. I even considered finding another hotel to stay the night in.
