It’s a 2 star hotel so know what you are getting yourself into. The rooms are older and the mattress protectors were dirty. The sheets appeared clean but the mattress liner was not.

The pictures on line and what is there are not the same place. the staff was rude at check in our room smelled like smoke our door had been recently kicked in and the lock was dangling by the screws. There was someone outside our room in a ski mask screaming the f word at a lady. UNFORTINETLY WE FELT UNSAFE AND HAD TO LEAVE. TRRIBLE EXPERENCE

The motel was convenient off the interstate, check in was quick and easy. Room was comfortable. They did have a quick continental breakfast area, and was able to grab a couple of muffins on the way out. My only suggestion to travelers would be to ask for a room on the backside of the motel. The frontside faces some fast food restaurants and did get some late night noise and the trash truck was emptying dumpsters at 5:30 Saturday morning. Not a huge deal, I just went ahead and got up and left. For light sleepers, grab a room on the backside, it's totally secluded on that side. All in all, I would recommend. For a quick stop over it worked out fine for me.

Housekeeping needs to definitely get their hands on some bleach for the linens. Nobody wants to pick up a towel or washcloth with a brown stain in the middle. Also part of the ceiling on the back side of the hotel on the second floor is falling apart and hanging low. Definitely something that needs to be handled ASAP. Pool was good.

The room smelled like mold. It was SO STRONG. It was in the carpet. The bathroom was clean yes but the awful smell we had to breathe in all night was too much. It left me with a really bad headache. Also the mini fridge buzzed loudly all night long. There was stuff on the walls that looked like it had been splattered there for a while. The ice machine on the top floor was broken even though thats the one I was instructed by staff to use. All the unlaundered sheets were stacked outside on the floor in bags under the staircase. We did not even choose to eat the free breakfast provided because with the way the rest of the stay went we just wanted to leave.

Would stay her again. Rooms were clean and housekeeping came everyday, that’s a rare thing these days. The only thing I was not impressed with was their hot breakfast. Friday morning there was no meat item. They did have egg rounds and sausage gravy and biscuits. The orange juice, from a machine, tasted off. We didn’t go again until Sunday morning, they did have sausage as for the breakfast meat.
