Poor condition and unprofessional management We stayed at the Quality Inn Cullman I-65 Exit 310 during a youth volleyball tournament and booked three rooms at $134 per night. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel did not match the listing. The rooms were worn and poorly maintained. Towels were yellowed the room door had chipped paint and it smelt very bad. The hotel also appears much nicer in the online photos than it does in person. The building itself seems poorly constructed as well. The floors pop loudly when walking and you can easily hear noise from other rooms. Around 7:20 PM the front desk knocked on our door and had us speak with the property manager, who said that if we did not get our kids under control we would be asked to leave. Our children are 5 and 3 and were simply walking in the room. There was no loud music or party. This was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences we have had. Families traveling with children should consider other options.

It was a last resort for a stay during a youth volleyball tournament and we booked three rooms at $134 per night. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel did not match the listing. The rooms were worn and poorly maintained. Towels were yellowed, the room door had chipped paint, bed linens were dirty, and it smelt really bad. This facility threatened to displace a family with small children over normal noise expected from children all before 8:00 PM. This was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences we have had. Families traveling with children should consider other options. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

decent rooms, there was some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, other than that they were clean. It a bit noisy next to the main road but I felt safe. Breakfast was lacking but I was still fed. There are not many options for stay in Cullman. I'd stay here again if it was the same price or less.

Clean sheets and towels, nice staff. We only planned on staying one night but ended up staying two. Staff was very nice at check in and when we added the additiinal night. Housekeeping came and cleaned room and changed out the towels after the first night. We would stay again.

The shower was excellent, the room was so clean and just remodeled. We had no complaints regarding any of that. However, the bed was so hard we literally could not sleep. It was like sleeping on the floor just raised. It was actually unbelievable. Neither my husband or I could get comfortable. 2 days later and we are still talking about it.
