"We have looked forward to staying at Big Meadows for a very long time and this old Hotel did not disappoint. We were met with cordial smiles and friendly service throughout our stay. But the view from our room was unmatched. We loved our stay and look forward to returning."
"What a wonderful hotel! It is the perfect balance of comfort and hospitality. We appreciated the scenic vistas and the warmth of the staff. The beds were incredibly comfortable. While the bathroom was a bit dated, it was clean and well stocked. We'll be back!"
"Every thing went perfectly. The cabin was very clean , ready before 4:00 pm . Everyone working there is very friendly and helpful . Was a great experience we will definitely be back soon!"
"The rooms were clean and well stocked. My room did have a bad odor when we first walked in but the other room was fine. Couldn’t figure out why it smelled. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of warm and cold items. We did not use the Gym or Pool."
"All we found was in accordance with listings during the booking process. The balcony was facing the parking lot, so not do much fun (was not specified during the booking) and no lake view. The TV Roku had a signal strength problem, so occasionally the broadcast was interrupted."

"It’s ok but I don’t agree how they operate it’s very inconvenient and it’s something that needs to be looked at they charge more than $150 for deposit which is sad considering the time that people have in waiting for a refund only to be told that it’s on hold for some reason so please be careful in booking this hotel not everything is guaranteed, also it’s very outrageous. How they even still charge that for 1 night"
