Room was good, staffs were polite and helpful but the pool and hot tub were not available (which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel)

It took forever to get checked in. Not what I have experienced at five-star hotels in the past. There was no USB charger in the room and nothing available from the concierge. The Business Inn
Excellent location. Walking distance to many restaurants and Rideau Canal. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and clean.

Lord Elgin Hotel
Despite some renovations happening in lobby area, the rooms were super clean and comfortable and the staff were great. Gym/tub/pool were all clean, and very quiet for our trip! Proximity to parliament, mint, and many options for local eats was also convenient.
