“Booked this hotel for 4 nights, in town for the CMA fest. The good, the location is great close to restaurants and right off 12 South. The bad, after day two, we were coming back from lunch and approaching our room, there was this roach at least 2 inches crawling by our door to get in our room. My boyfriend has an umbrella in hand and it was above the door. He swatted it, landed on the carpet and he stepped on it and killed it. I was so freaked out by the size of that thing I literally could……

We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep.
