If you're after a reasonable $ place to stay and only require sleep accommodation then this ticks the box. Staff friendly , Bed comfortable , location to transport within a short walk.

We stayed a couple of years ago and thought the restaurant they have now isn't as good as the Italian one we experienced when we first stayed, other than that was a nice visit

I had the most amazing experience at Laneways by Ovolo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The girls at the front desk were especially wonderful, they were so supportive of my friend who ran the Melbourne Marathon and went out of their way to make her feel extra special. That personal touch honestly meant so much! The room was spotless, beautifully styled, and surprisingly spacious, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and so well thought out. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The location was unbeatable right in the heart of Melbourne, surrounded by amazing food spots, cafés, and bars, and super easy to get anywhere on foot or by tram. Everything about our stay was five-star: the service, the space, and the warmth of the team. I couldn’t recommend Laneways by Ovolo more highly and can’t wait to stay again!
