「The location was beautiful. Located next to a main house but still quiet and peaceful. Short drive or 11 minute walk to a small rocky beach or drive into Brookings for more beach options. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.」

「The property was great for a family however the downstairs unit is difficult when there are upstairs tenants at the same time from a different party. They also had dogs and so it was difficult to get rest. Every movement upstairs and even talking is heard clearly downstairs so our family was awake while the couple upstairs partied and enjoyed each other's company until 3am. 「We enjoyed our stay here. The flat is upstairs in a secure building with a nice view of the city and the ocean (when the fog isn't in). Centrally located with shopping near by. Lots of windows to let the light in and enjoy the view. There were three adults and two teens and it had room for everyone. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very pleasant weekend.」

「This is a completely automated check in. There are also sound recording sensor on one of the outlet in the rooms that are there if let the management know if there is load noises. The room advertises what automated system they are using so I was able to look up the sensor. It claims it does not record but monitors if the sound level is to high and reports it to the management. I do not know if I believe that, but I thought I would let others know.」
