「The facility was excellent. Two large pools, a wellness centre and a great restaurant. The menu was different every night and the food was divine. The staff across the whole resort went above and beyond, made the stay extra special.」

The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was. 「Un applauso a tutti. Animazione, personale gentilissimo. Ci teniamo a complimentarci con le cameriere che puliscono le camere. La pulizia supera ogni aspettativa. Complimenti. Anche gli spazi comuni sono pulitissimi. Inoltre si mangia davvero bene. Ci torneremmo volentieri.」

Estrema cortesia del personale e grande attenzione ai dettagli e ai clienti, grazie anche alla presenza della proprietà, sempre presente in struttura e disponibile a relazionarsi con gli ospiti. 「Great pool, breakfast and service. Staff are all wonderful. Short taxi ride to Gallipoli old town - pretty easy to walk there if it's not too hot. We had a lovely time. 」

「Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of disappointments - the balcony had a very high front so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view! The sides were low so very open to neighbours and anyone smoking on their balcony. We had to keep the doors shut at times...

「Ottimo albergo in posizione splendida sulla spiaggia delle due sorelle. Camera ampia e pulita con terrazzino con vista incredibile. Staff disponibile e efficiente: un particolare ringraziamento a Veronica che con gentilezza e professionalità ha prontamente risposto a qualsiasi nostra richiesta e ci ha dato molti consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Ottimo anche il ristorante dell' albergo. Assolutamente consigliato. 」
