"Exceeded expectations. All staff we met were so amazing, accomodating and welcoming. We recieved answers to questions in person and via Whatsapp. Well maintained and clean room, pool and hotel. Loved the lockable fridge freezer. Good TV options if needed to stay indoors (Netflix). We had a view to the street/shops and it was nice to face the palm trees. Not noisey at all. Breakfast was good, service during breakfast was efficient and very courteous. Intimate pool section with adequate sun beds. Available umbrellas and sun umbrellas if needed."

"Beautiful room hour and a half from airport 5 mins from the best crocodile tour ever. Highly recommend staying here and going to Jason’s crocodile tour best experience ever and best room to relax in before a flight home."

"El mejor lugar para escapar de bullicio, cruzar el ferry para llegar a un paraíso. Es nuestro mejor lugar desoyesra de una larga jornada de trabajo. La calidad de la comida podría mejorar, no está mal, pero le damos 7/10. Los jardines, sábanas, parqueo, personal y ubicación son 10/10. Pero la playa, su privacidad y paisaje no tienen puntaje que lo explique, es un verdadero paraíso. "

"The Restaurant is very expensive, the gardens requiered maintenance in general, only 1 little pool for all guest. In general, is a very relax place, but it not all good experience"

"If you are visiting for your first time to Costa Rica this is not the place. When we checked in at midnight we walked to our room, that was farthest from front desk, and the keys did not work. Had to walk back to get keys that worked then the door latch on the inside caught so we had to Jimmy it open. The rooms were not well maintained and the doors did not seal so bugs would crawl in the room and we would have to kill at least 5 bugs a day. The shower only had hot water so could not adjust the water temperature. The staff was not helpful at all and no one seemed to really know what was going on. No instructions were given to us that we had to make a reservation to use the restaurants for dinner. We went to have dinner the first night and only 1/3 of the tables were full. They would not seat us simply bc we did not have a reservation. There were only 2 of us. We paid for the premium to be able to eat at the restaurants. We tried to make reservations the next day and got declined on the app. Went to the front desk and had to wait then found out to make reservations we had to talk to someone else the front desk could not help. They had plenty of open times so there was no reason for it to have been denied when we tried on the app we were told to use. It seems more like a local vacation spot not for visitors from other countries. You get what you pay for here. Worth spending the extra money for a better experience. The views were great."

"No beach view. Hotel is 8 mins away from the beach."
