My mother and I had a great stay! We had an amazing view of the street. Staff was very welcoming and happy to help. The location of the hotel is perfect! Its right next to the plaza de armas. I would love to stay here again whenever I come back to Cusco!

Great location, clean, modern

The room was comfortable and clean with abundant hot water. The lobby was also a nice place to sit and get ready for the day- free water station and tea station. One of the other main strengths of this hotel is its location, which is right in the middle of the historic center, and off a street that is accessible to cars, which makes pick up and drop off for tours/airport transfers, etc. easy.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located in the center, making it accessible for tour pick-ups and walking to restaurants, stores, and the market. The town is lively, if you’re looking for quiet time, this might not be it. You can hear all the fireworks, music, and commotion happening outside. The only downside is that our room was near the stairs and elevator, so we could hear everyone coming in and out and people who decided to just have conversations in the middle of the hall. Overall, it is a great place, but ask for a room far away from the elevator.

Disappointing Stay Due to Unbearable Toilet Odor

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some redeeming qualities, the overwhelming sewage smell from the toilet made my stay unbearable. Despite my best efforts to mask the odor with perfume, the stench persisted. The breakfast was decent, with some subtle variations each day. However, the eggs and pork sauce were inedible to me. Noise was another issue, as the paper-thin walls allowed me to hear every conversation and footstep in the hallway. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel is not ideal. While some staff members were friendly, others seemed indifferent. The room itself was a letdown, with a window that faced a wall, providing no natural light or view. It was a terribly designed room. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located near Cusco's historic center. I could never stay here again based off the terrible nasty toilet smell.
