The rooms were clean, the hotel was close to the main square maybe 10 mins walking but to be honest the staff are what made our stay amazing shout out to migel and juan ! They are AMAZING ! Best!! Can’t say enough, but I’ll try. Great room with plenty of room, great shower, restaurant and mini market options close and nice neighborhood. But, the main thing is the staff. The whole gang kicks in and really makes this place special.

The room had a nice view and amazing hot water pressure in the shower. The free breakfast in the morning was great too, with eggs to order. Altogether a great experience for the price and would definitely recommend!

The property is located in a steep hill, which I have to say makes it more quiet, but it was difficult for Taxis and cars to get there. Beside sthis, the place is perfect. Staff is super nice and are always willing to help you with anything and everything. They only serve breakfast wich is super nice and delicious, healthy options and very complete. Less than a block away is this perfect little restaurant called New Garden. I tried almost every meal in the menu and I super recommend it for lunch and/or dinner options.

Hotel com localização boa (próximo a plaza de armas), quarto confortável, banheiros deixaram um pouco a desejar (ficamos em 2 quartos e, em um deles, havia mau cheiro). We stayed 7 days in this hotel. Our room and bathroom was large. The breakfast was great. The location is good but at high elevation. The service from the staff was excellent. The challenges were the climb from the main square and the heater was not strong enough to cover the large room. However, great experience overall.
