"Amazing hotel, staff friendly and helpful from front desk to cleaning crew. Everyone was super polite and nice. Centrally located in front of Qorikancha and a few blocks from Plaza de las Armas. Plenty of restaurants even hotel restaurant food was delicious. I would stay here again if we come back to Cusco. The cons about hotel would be WiFi was spotty and laggy at times. Also bathroom can use an option of better lighting as a lady who likes to wear makeup good lightning is a most. Overall great hotel."

"By far the most accommodating, professional and friendly hotel I have stayed at in Peru! They have a laundry service! They also have the best hotel breakfast you can get in the country especially considering the price. It's a short taxi to the plaza de armaz and if you wanna walk it's only 20 mins. This hotel is a no Brainer 6 out of 5 stars!"
