"We had a very pleasant stay at Los Portales Hotel in Cusco. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main square, shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s attractions, making it a great base for exploring.
The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and provided everything we needed to start the day before heading out to explore.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated having a heater, which was very welcome during Cusco’s cooler mornings and evenings.
The only issue we noticed was that the window in our room was positioned unusually low, which felt like a potential safety concern. Aside from that, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Los Portales Hotel to others visiting Cusco."
