我住4天發現一些問題。 1. 櫃台人員說我訂的房間是便宜的，所有吹風機要另外付費。總共是5 Sol。 2. 淋浴間的熱水有時候還要通知員工才會開啟。 3. 早餐真的是太少，只要麵包、炒蛋跟咖啡／可可，連肉都沒有。 4. 房間格局很怪，除了小(價格低？)，對外窗是居然走道，可以看見房間有無開燈；淋浴間還能聽到隔壁房講電話。隔音不好，連大門開門的鈴聲及櫃台的電話聲都聽的到。 除了以上這些，員工及老闆娘人都很好。

Not a great experience

Giving this a reluctant 3 stars. Checking in was problematic, breakfast was very basic but most importantly of the 2 rooms booked, for one we might as well have been on the street (net curtain so no light protection, so so loud). On plus size it was clean and comfortable (in the room you could get some sleep in) and people were helpful. Much better hotels in Cusco for the price.

I didn't have cell signal or Wi-Fi working when I was trying to find the hotel and I walked by the front door several times. I eventually rang the doorbell, but it was to the hostel next door! The managers came out and helped me though, so that turned things around. The decor was a bit older than other hotels I saw in the area but it was clean and budget friendly! They even booked a taxi to take me to the airport in the very early morning, which was a tremendous help.

Nos hospedamos 6 días. El desayuno siempre fue lo mismo huevo, infusiones, pan y mermelada. Lo sirven de 7 a 9 y obvio las excursiones inician a las 5 o 6. Debes indicar si quieres aseo de tu habitación, sino no lo hacen, te quieren cobrar por todo: secadora, infusiones qué no sean de coca. El trato del personal matutino son muy descortés, el chico de la noche muy amable.

Wonderful hotel

This was my second stay here. I stayed for a total of 14 nights. The staff is lovely and helped me in any ways I needed. They even let me leave my luggage there for a few days while I did the Salkantay Trek. I would stay here again! Also perfect location!

A lovely hotel

I stayed here for 13 nights! It was amazing! Great breakfast, very kind staff who always helped me with everything. Good internet and they will also send your laundry out for you. Just a great hotel. Perfect and a good value!

The lady at the reception, possibly the owner, was charging us a different price than what I got on the website. At first, she looked at the Canadian amount and multiplied it to the equivalent of USD to PEN which would have been $200 cad more. She was insisting that the exchange rate online and in person were different. Finally after much discussion, I paid her in USD cash so I wouldn’t be ripped off. And today I asked for the copy of the receipt and she wrote the correct amount in local currency. Funny how she was doing magic with the numbers. Very cunning and dishonest. Also, upon check out, she was asking for another 102 soles for my son who she insisted stayed one night in the room with us. My son has an apartment and never stayed at the hotel. I was absolutely shocked as to how far she’d go to make extra money. Very dishonest and rude. My son wouldn’t even step foot in the lobby and yet she had the audacity to charge for an extra person. The place is a dumpster. Beds are old and the room had a musty/mildewy smell. We couldn’t back out because she asked for upfront payment upon check in. Good luck charging your phones or plugging anything in the outlets. Sockets are worn out and our chargers just fall right out of them. They also don’t clean the rooms. So noisy with no soundproofing at all. You could hear this woman day in and out barking orders and whatever. This hotel is on my top most horrible list. I honestly ran out of there. I couldn’t say adios fast enough.

Nice but just misses

The room itself is comfortable, spacious, great tv, personal safe and very generous sized wardrobe. It can get a little cold and the blankets were warm. There is a balcony outside our room that we used like a private one, which was lovely, but any guest could have chosen to use it and then it would have been a bit awkward. The bathroom plumbing is an issue. Water does not flow properly in the shower so you are standing in a pool. The shower head holder does not stay fixed, sending water all over the bathroom. The hot water keeps turning off and you have to go to the front desk to ask for it to be turned on, and you have to request a hairdryer. The breakfast is very limited compared to the place we moved onto. Other than these things, it was a lovely stay.
