the whole customer service of the hotel was great! i had altitude sickness and they really took it upon themselves to help every guest. The rooms and buffet were amazing.

Union Hotel Cusco
Great hotel, centrally located, rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff reached out and provided transportation from the airport to the hotel, which was very helpful. Breakfast was provided.
