「A glitch in the air conditioning system was immediately remedied by the provision of individual air conditioning units. Also thrilled that the window in the room opened to allow fresh air at night! Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The garage parking is a problem because every time you enter and leave a ticket is issued or required to leave. There are exceptions, but it is really not that conven ient because the city owns the parking.」

「Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't...

「Room was clean, large size with couch. Everything is a step above all the other hotels we typically stay in, such as IHG, BW, etc. Did not hear any noise in hallway or other rooms. Mattress was very comfortable and nice linens. Highly recommend.」

「Wonderful experience, even though we stayed one night! The check in was fast, the front desk rep was very friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable! Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.」
